Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of this website and any installment loan Choudhary Traders sets up for you. Please read them before using the site or agreeing to a loan.
1. This website is for browsing
Products shown here cannot be bought online. There is no cart and no online checkout. Every purchase takes place at our shop. The catalog exists so you can research before you visit.
2. Prices and product information
We work to keep prices, photographs and specifications accurate, but errors happen and prices change. The price that applies is the one quoted at the counter on the day you buy. Product images are illustrative; colours and included accessories may vary by batch.
Listing a product here is not a guarantee it is in stock. Please call 9927497362 to check availability before travelling.
3. Buying in store
A sale is complete when you pay at the counter and receive an invoice. Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page and invoice. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer's service network; we will help you raise them.
4. Installment loans
If you would like to spread the cost, our staff can set up an installment loan at the time of purchase. The following applies to every loan:
- 0% interest. No interest is added at any time. You owe the price of the product and nothing more, apart from any late fee under clause 6.
- An initial payment is taken at the counter. You choose the amount. The balance becomes the loan.
- The balance is divided into monthly installments, between 1 and 36 months. You and our staff agree either the number of months or the amount per month; the other is calculated from it.
- The schedule is shown to you before it is saved, listing every due date and amount. It is also printed for you and appears in your account immediately.
- Only our staff can create or change a loan, and only at the shop. Once an installment has been paid, the schedule cannot be altered.
5. Paying your installments
Installments can be paid online through this website using UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking, or in cash at the shop. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.
Installments must be paid in order and in full. Part payment of an installment is not accepted. You may pay an installment before its due date at no extra cost.
A payment is only settled once we receive confirmation from the payment gateway. If money leaves your account but the payment fails, it is returned by your bank, normally within a few working days.
6. Late fees
You have 5 days after each due date to pay without penalty. After that:
- A flat late fee of ₹350.00 is added to that installment.
- The same fee is added again for each further month the installment remains unpaid.
- You are notified whenever a fee is applied, and the new amount payable is shown in your account.
Late fees are a charge for the missed date, not interest. We would much rather you spoke to us than accrued them — if you are having difficulty, please contact the shop.
7. Missed payments
If installments remain unpaid we will contact you by SMS, phone or email. We may suspend further installment facilities for your account. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, or ours to recover amounts properly owed.
8. Your account
Your account is identified by the mobile number recorded at the shop. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that number, so keep it secure and tell us promptly if it changes or you lose access to it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
We may suspend an account that is being misused. Suspension does not cancel amounts owed.
9. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled at the shop under the applicable manufacturer and consumer-law provisions. They are not processed through this website. Where a loan is cancelled, any settlement is agreed at the shop.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published here is the current one. Changes to late-fee rules apply only to fees arising after the change — a fee already charged is never re-priced.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
